Orders placed for delivery to Industria West, Roodepoort, Randburg, Midrand, Germiston, Pretoria or any other South African area remain subject to route planning and courier or freight conditions. We may refuse or cancel an order where there is a pricing error, stock issue or credit concern.
4. Customer responsibilities on site and in production
You are responsible for using our products and guidance safely and in line with your own production controls. This includes suitable storage, handling, ventilation, chemical control, machine isolation and operator training. Plates, chemistry and blankets must be checked on receipt before use, and any apparent defect must be reported promptly.
